  • Call 904-728-2028 or email info@topflightcarriers.com to make changes, cancellations or have any questions about a reservation
  • A major credit card is needed to place a reservation online
  • We accept: VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Discover, Cash
  • Paying Cash? Request a Quote, then in the Special Request Box Enter: "Paying Cash at Pickup"... Next Login or Create a Profile
  • In the event a customers' credit card is declined after the ride has ended, Top Flight Carriers will email an invoice to the customer to be paid within 24 hours
  • Driver Gratuities are at the sole discretion of the customer, National Standard is 20% 
  • ​Any extra services or stops requested during a transport may result in additional charges
  • An emailed or text confirmation will be sent for each reservation
  • A confirmation call and/or text will be made the day before each trip, and a text reminder 30 minutes prior to pickup
  • When a pickup is arranged at the airport, the driver will meet you near baggage claim carousel 1
  • Late and early arrivals to any Airport, Amtrak, or Bus Station are beyond our control and can impact our schedule, please stay in conact with your driver
  • There may be an occasion when a flight is early or delayed. Our drivers will track the flights and do our best to pick you up unless it interferes with the next pick up. We will reassign another driver in most cases
  • Top Flight Carriers assumes no liability or costs associated with early or delayed flights
  • To be picked up at the Jaxport Cruise Terminal, call your driver when you are deboarding and the driver will meet you at Lot 3
  • There may be a situation when you are not ready to leave when the driver is on time to pick you up. If the time to leave is too late where the driver will not be able to pick up the next customer, you may be subject to a "no ride" and billed at full rate
  • Events:  Concerts, Sporting Events, etc. - After the event the pick up times and location may vary due to the flow of traffic.
  • CANCELLATIONS require a 12 hours minimum notice prior to pick up time, either call, text or email to avoid a full charge
  • CHANGES TO BOOKINGS require 6 hours minimum notice prior to pick up time on same day as pick up
  • ALL NO SHOWS will be billed at full rate
  • Top Flight Carriers reserves the right to correct any and all errors in a reservation including addresses, pricing, dates, times, customer contact information and driver information
  • Alcohol is permitted in the vehicle unless there are passengers under 21, may need to show a valid ID
  • If applicable, we have a $100-$300 clean up fee for vomit or excessive rubbish removal/carpet cleaning
  • Any damage from the passenger(s) will be sent an invoice to pay for damages. Top Flight Carriers reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies to collect on an invoice for any damages caused by a passenger
  • No unlawful behavior or situation will be tolerated in or around our vehicles
  • All bags are subject to search if applicable
  • Our drivers reserve the right to refuse service to any passengers they deem unsafe to others
  • At times your driver may be an Affiliate of Top Flight Carriers with their own Commercial Automobile Insurance Policy and the customer understands that any Insurance claims will go through their drivers Commercial Vehicle Insurance Policy and Top Flight Carriers assumes no liability
  • ALL VEHICLES ARE NON-SMOKING
